1. Who We Are

RunAPI is a product of LinkCode LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website runapi.ai and the RunAPI service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

RunAPI is a developer platform that provides access to AI generation models (video, image, music, audio, and text) through a unified REST API, with usage-based billing. Pricing and documentation are published on this website.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Fees and Billing

The Service is billed based on actual usage at the prices published on our pricing page. Credits you purchase are consumed by API usage. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-transferable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, generate content intended to deceive or harm, attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, or resell access in a way that conceals your identity as the account holder. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse.

6. Third-Party Model Names

Model and product names displayed on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the models accessible through the Service. RunAPI and LinkCode LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these trademark owners unless expressly stated.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain your rights in the inputs you submit. Subject to applicable law and any applicable third-party terms, outputs generated through the Service are yours to use. The Service itself, including this website, its software, and branding, belongs to LinkCode LLC.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Model availability and capabilities may change over time; pricing changes are published on the pricing page.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and LinkCode LLC's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, and 9) survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
