What is multi-character consistency?
Nano Banana maintains consistent character appearance across multiple subjects in the same image — faces, clothing, and proportions stay coherent.
How fast is generation?
The base variant is fast. The pro variant takes 10–20 seconds but outputs at 4K resolution.
What is the difference between Nano Banana and Nano Banana Pro?
Pro is built on Gemini 3 Pro and outputs at 4K with the best text rendering. The standard variant is optimized for faster, cheaper generation at 1K.
Can I use Nano Banana for editing existing images?
Yes — Nano Banana 2 Lite and the edit variant accept source images and apply prompt-driven modifications while preserving the original composition.
